At this level, our Tier 1 Service, registered employers, who will see only limited sections of a candidate's CV, will access the CV using our unique Search Engine. If the registered employer is interested in the specific candidate, they will be able to contact us, and request that we organise an interview with that candidate. This is our Active Placement Scheme. To participate in this scheme, we will request candidates attend an interview. This will be to discuss candidate's requirements further. Once the candidate's requirements are ascertained we will immediately match them with one of our employers and arrange interviews. It is important that we examine candidate's requirements in detail so that we lead them in exactly the right direction. In this way we will not waste the employer's time or the candidate's. Employers will normally require at least two interviews if not more. We will be responsible for ensuring that the times fit in with candidate's schedules and ensure that they are fully prepared. We will also ensure that we have full evidence of all qualifications and experience. If we believe that the candidate is suitable for the specific employer we will brief them on how to deal with the specific interview to enable them to win the job.
