The Recruitment Process

The Job Trust operates on two tiers, Tier 1 with Salaries above $25,000 and Tier 2 with Salaries below $25,000.

Tier 1: Salary above $25,000

With respect to Tier 1, registered employers, who will see only limited sections of your CV, will access your CV using our unique Search Engine. If the registered employer is interested in you, he will be able to contact us, and request that we organise an interview with you. This is our Active Placement Scheme. To participate in this scheme, we will request you to attend an interview. This will be to discuss your requirements further. Once your requirements are ascertained we will immediately match you with one of our employers and arrange interviews. It is important that we examine your requirements in detail so that we lead you in exactly the right direction. In this way we will not waste the employer's time or yours. Employers will normally require at least two interviews if not more. We will be responsible for ensuring that the times fit in with your schedule and ensuring that you are fully prepared. We will also ensure that we have full evidence of all your qualifications and experience. If we believe that you are suitable for the specific employer we will brief you on how to deal with the specific interview to enable you to win the job.

Tier 2: Salary below $25,000

With respect to Tier 2, registered employers, who will see only limited sections of your CV, will access your CV using our unique Search Engine. If the registered employer is interested in you, he will be able to download your CV, with a special code he receives on registering. This will automatically inform you, and us, that your CV has been downloaded. This employer will then call you directly to arrange an interview with you.
