Tier 1: Salary above $25,000

For Tier 1 Candidates, the requirements of employers are rigorously determined to ensure that we fully understand the candidate profile. Secondly, Candidates are vetted under strict guidelines, whereby the details of CVs are thoroughly checked, with evidence of qualifications being provided, where in-depth interviews authenticate relevant skills, and if required, appropriate psychometric testing carried out. The emphasis is on a 'can do' total customer satisfaction attitude which treats candidates as individuals and respects the detailed requirements of employers.

Tier 2: Salary below $25,000

For Tier 2 Candidates, the requirement of employers are not necessary and these employers will be able to access CVs (without Candidate's contact details) directly through our Search Engine, and will after paying our fees be able to access the CVs with the full Candidates contact details. These CVs will not have been thoroughly checked, and if any Candidate's CV does not match the Candidate's education and experience then the employer will be able to choose another CV using the Search Engine as a replacement.
