Working Holiday Visas |

This is available to commonwealth
citizens aged between 17 to 27 and must be lodged outside the UK.
These visas will normally be granted for a period of two years. |

Ancestry Visas |

This is for anyone who
can establish that one of their grandparents was born in the UK
and will be issued for a period of four years when the candidate
will need to apply for Residency or Indefinite Leave to Remain. |

In certain situations
full-time work may be allowed under this visa. |

Generally applied for
when a Work Permit comes to an end or where an Ancestry Visa expires.
This will allow the candidate to apply for citizenship. |

Marriage (To a UK citizen

This will allow the candidate
to work within the UK and, following residency requirements, eventually
to apply for Naturalisation. |

Principally available
to candidates whose father were born in the UK and will be granted
to those on Marriage Visas who have also satisfied the residency
requirements. The process is also available to those with Five Years
Residency following a Work Permit Visa or Ancestry Visa. |
